After 15+ years working across the Private, Public and Third Sector, as well as co-founding the Food-Tech Sharing Economy Start-up Grub Club, I notice that the common thread throughout my career is to motivate and inspire the people I work with, through building teams that share a common vision and work together to deliver great results in line with company values. I inject optimism, curiosity and adaptability into everything I do, without losing sight of the need for a venture to be financially profitable as well as ethical, in order to build a shared vision for an exciting, positive future.
Both professionally and personally , I direct my passion and skills to supporting organisations and projects whose values I share, building collaborative communities and supporting "profit with purpose" businesses.
